Where comfort meets beauty...

Hello everyone! Here are a few home decoration ideas, to welcome March . Spring is starting by the end of the month so it's time to refresh our interiors with a calm and sweet atmosphere.

Baroque is back

Try the stripped bed spread, preferably within two color variation. The regularity of the vertical lines gives a peaceful touch to your room...

Customize your own frames and put them on your walls. You finally found a place for your beautiful old white windows!

Always put a mirror in a room, it gives you the impression of having a wider space.

Who wouldn't dream of this pretty little house with a bed under it's roof?...

[...] a mind calming space where you can pick a book and read...

Beauty's Nest

Please leave a message...

Where every line tells a story

Beauty's nest

Here are a few shots taken on a peaceful Saturday afternoon spent with my boyfriend. Cameras held in hand...we wandered in the beautiful old city of Byblos...watched the sunset, the fishermen and the sailors. We mistakenly found this seaside house, embraced by plants and leaves...abandoned by humans, protected by nature.

"Nor need we power or splendor, wide hall or lordly dome; the good, the true, the tender, these form the wealth of home"

Plumes et Dentelles : Chantal Thomass and Ellen Von Unwerth

Starring Rosie Huntington and Melissa Rose Haro, Plumes & Dentelles is a collaborative project between French lingerie designer Chantal Thomass and the fashion photographer Ellen Von Unwerth.
Ellen Von Unwerth is one of the most talented artists in erotic photography.
She has explored almost every form of art such as photography, advertising, fashion... she has also done editorials and directed music videos.
Her photographs communicate sensuality, desire, feminism and beauty... The picture becomes a sort of play where every detail can change the whole perception of the context.
Truly eye candy... Enjoy!

The Repetto Boutique

I used to be a ballet dancer for 10 years, and looking at the showcase of The Repetto Boutique made me wonder why I ever stopped. There is nothing more elegant than a ballerina, dancing as smoothly and lightly as a feather swirling in the air.
The tutu's, the ballerinas, the pearls and the feathers create a perfect romantic atmosphere. The window of the shop is so beautiful and royal that it looks like a doll shop where every little girl's dream can come true.

The kiss that inspired the world...

A tribute for Robert Doisneau the great Parisian photographer, taken in the Paris of 1950, this picture has become a worldwide symbol for lovers.
Doisneau is known for his spontaneous photographs, the ones showing anonymous people doing simple things in life. He wanted everyone to notice that happiness is in the little things, in the smallest stupid details. Exceptionally, "Le baiser de l'Hôtel de Ville" wasn't taken by mistake, it was set up.
Lovers from everywhere, started to pretend that it was them in the picture and requested some privacy rights. The real lovers of the picture, remained silent until just now. The young lady in the picture admitted that it was Doisneau who asked them to pose for him.
Only few know the mystery behind the legendary photograph. I mean, let's face it, knowing the truth would break the magic of that moment.
A moment written in history forever symbolizing the joy of the Paris, long lost by the depressing period of the occupation.
Happy Valentine's Day!

Feels like whipped cream!

I wanted to wear something special on New year's Eve, so I decided to make my own evening top.
Pink and Black have always been my favorite colors. So I took a simple black long sleeved top and sewed pink crystals around the collar, then added shoulder pads on the sides. A pink veil coated the whole back and the shoulders like it was covered with whipped cream.
People's reactions were various, some called me a princess, some Lady Gaga, well...I was noticed.
They were also many critics, some told me that they wouldn't dare wearing such a thing or simply that the veil ruined it.
After all it was New Year's Eve, an occasion to go wild and wear whatever you want!
